Problems with the PDF generated by the Editorial Manager.

Hello, I am trying to submit a paper to an Elsevier journal through Editorial Manager. However, when I review the PDF generated by the system (View Submission), I encounter two issues:

- The references are missing entirely. The References section is empty, and all in-text citations are displayed as question marks (?).

- The generated PDF contains approximately 30 additional pages of log/output details appended to the manuscript.

For context, I am using LaTeX. When I compile the source files in Overleaf, the document is generated correctly, with all references displayed properly and without any extra log pages.

Has anyone encountered these issues before? Do you have any suggestions on how to resolve them? Thank you in advance.
