Hi everyone, I am looking for a short-term rental/sublease in Midtown Atlanta or nearby areas from Aug 23 to Sep 23 (dates are slightly flexible).

I just moved to Atlanta and need a temporary stay for about a month while waiting for my permanent lease to start. Ideally a private room/bath or a studio/1B. I am clean, quiet, and respectful.

I applied a studio at Trace midtown, and am thinking if I should sign the lease or find another place. The price is around 200 bucks cheaper than similar units in other apartment, but the unit I applied is in a lower level of Trace building, and facing north - Just a street away from El Valle Kitchen & Bar. I am a bit worried about the view and light would be very bad, and also the noise from the restaurant at night. I heard that El Valle Kitchen will play very loud music at midnight. Not sure if that is true or not, and would that significantly influence tenants in Trace? Thank you!
