Back story and looking for any similar issues anyone has experience.
2018 Lexus gs350 base, hit a deer, processed things through insurance and body shop.
Got the car back, and it threw a headlight malfunction warning.
I looked at headlight part number they installed and it looks like a NEPO CAPA blah blah aftermarket one.
I am thinking this after market headlight does not have auto leveling, and it’s throwing this issue.
Anyways to prove this? I am thinking if I pull the fuse to that headlight, it won’t sense that there is no motors and it won’t throw the code. This is just to prove to body shop/insurance they need to get me the right one?
