2 days ago my friends realm expired. My friend paid for it and it still said expired. My friend contacted minecraft support and they asked for receipts. My friend paid a second time for the realm and it still says expired and nobody can access it. Minecraft support has not responded and now my friend has paid 2 times for a realm they cannot use. Does anyone know a way to actually fix this because Minecraft support is taking their sweet time to respond
