Suggestions for Troop Pants for myself (Adult)

I am a female adult leader for at least four sea scout ships in the Cascade Pacific Council to help provide leadership for female youth, and I've recently joined a couple of Family troops as well for the same reasons (and I'm a glutton for punishment in the scouting program as a former sea scout :P).

I ONLY have sea scout adult uniform wear (unofficial - 5.11) as I will not wear Dickies or whatever else they suggest that won't put up with the amount of activity and roughness I put them through.

I have some LAPG women's pants coming in that closely matches the Troop pants colors because the kind in the scout shop I would rip in a week and they're 2 sizes too small despite being labeled my size. I'll need them by July 19th for a scout camp week at Fire Mountain Scout Camp.

Does anyone have any suggestions on other brands that would work well? I particularly prefer the BDU/cargo pants style for the sake of being able to use the pockets when out and about.

Is color matching as close to exact as possible a thing? I suspect I won't get hate for being one or two shades off slightly.

Thanks! Happy to answer any questions in sea scouts if people are interested. We are trying to bring the program back (in the PNW by Portland especially).

Stretching update

I'm currently in glass plugs with half sizes (2/4g currently front and back) and I notice a red ring around my holes when I switch to weights for front only. Backs are at the goal size. Nothing heavy of course. I wonder if the glass plug leaves a red ring around them when I have them in.

They're not too tight and the rings aren't pushed all the way to the back of my ear. Ears have been happy, not as much cheese, no pain or tearing or sudden flare ups making them tight. I am planning weights every other day or every 3 days so they have a break.

I clean with gentle soap and use jojoba oil, and massage when I can. I wait 5-6 months between stretches and only use the half sizes. It's been mostly titanium until I switched a few months ago. I don't ever rush my stretches and try not to.

Thoughts and opinions are welcome. I'm trying to do this all right the first time and to not cause unnecessary harm to my ears.

EDIT: see comments for photos. oh lawd. My brain. When all else fails when you get an Amazon glass kit? (I know I know. Amazon, but it's Casvort). Use your CHEAP ASS acrylic Amazon stretching kit o-rings. SO STICKY SECURE but not impossible to get off. The rings are down a size from the actual gauge I have now (2G/4G). I used two rings for both gages for extra security. And I can still take them all off when I need to. KEEN!! I'm finally in glass!!

Original: What are your recommendations for a glass dead stretch kit with TIGHT o rings? One order I have has my 2G and 4g so loose that any movement makes em slip right off. Not that they're so loose they fall when I hold them upright. But the move really easily.

Normal? I'm moving from titanium screw backs to glass to get the dead stretch in the next few months.

Thanks!
