Belgrade scenery update

The idea is to make cities more recognizable by adding VFR objects with the most simplest of the buildings requiring not a lot of libraries. The result is almost zero FPS hit while visually adding VFR points of interest around the airport.

Work has been slow, it's a slow process to add individual objects and paying attention to the framerate but it's getting slowly finished.
