Help- TDI VW 2013 CJAA

Okay so I’ve been having trouble with this sensor in the back of the engine near the oil cap, I previously had a code for G450 so I replaced both the one next to the oil cap and next to the diesel pump and code went away after adapting it with VCDS and all was good but it would act weird with the DPF soot % calculation it would display 30% and move up slowly and when it hit 100% it triggered a regen and it would go down to 18% so normal, but at times it would say 20% and then shoot up to 100% and get stuck and trigger a dpf regen again even though it just had one and it’s been doing it since I replaced it and now I have a P2002 and the pressure sensor numbers are wonky at idle it now says 20-30mbar and shoots up to 58mbar at 1.5K even after adapting it again, my dpf is new from VW about 2 years and it has 9ml of ash so I don’t think it’s the DPF itself also if it was hollow or cracker it would trigger a low number not a high mbar so I suspect either the hose to the sensor are twisted , melted or a leak or the sensor died due to not being bolted down properly and dangling. That’s the only code and symptom I can say there’s no smell at the tailpipe or smoke.

If anyone can share a picture of their CJAA engine and show me how the hose looks and is supposed to be bolted on that would help me figure it out, I can’t move the hose and the bracket is not aligned at all it’s too far to the left so something is up.
