Is anyone else’s SP Utility bill very high this month. Mine is the highest I’ve ever seen by far and it says that I used almost double the energy I did last month. I know it was hot in July and my AC would have ran a bit more than in June but not double.
For reference it is $75 higher this month and $50 higher than my highest bill ever.
I stumbled upon an infinite money/resource glitch that I couldn’t find posted in the past. I found a burning ship, collected all the chest, and jumped back onto the Jackdaw before it sank. As I was jumping back to the ships wheel, I fell through the floor and was stuck under the ship. With no way of getting out of the ships interior, I reloaded the last autosave.
To my surprise, I was loaded back onto the burning ship, all the chest were unopened, the timer was gone, but I had all the gold/resources from the previous loot. I re-looted everything and jumped back to my ship and thought, I wonder if reloading the autosave will do it again. Sure enough it did. I did this for about 15 minutes and racked up 50k in gold plus resources.
I’m on PS5 and don’t know if it was a one off bug or if it can be replicated, but if you find a burning ship try it out.
TLDR: After looting a burning ship, jump back onto the Jackdaw and reload the most recent autosave. You might load back onto the burning ship with the chest unopened and all your resources intact from the last loot.
