What do y’all do for hair fall?

I’ve been on this medication for 6 months, and I’ve finally started losing my hair 😭 I have huge bald spots, and every time I run my fingers through my hair, it’s honestly scary.

Please tell me all your tips. I really need to know this is fixable and that I won’t be bald forever 😭
