Have you ever had a er tell you theres no stone in your ureter but you are in terrible pain

I went to the er and got a ct scan I used to have 7 on the left and 1 on the right now i have 5 on the left and one on the right i know I passed atleast one on the left a few weeks ago but my pain right now is on the right. Im wondering if I ended up getting a second on the right and im feeling the residual pain of it passing. Im still having pain in my right ureter and my kidney feels like it has pressure in it so im confused. In March the one on the right was 6mm now they said the right just has a 5mm so I wonder if I passed the bigger one and got a new one. Has anyone else had something like this happen i dont know if they read the ct scan wrong because ive had ones where they said one amount of stone then my urologist said a completely different thing. Im going to ask my urologist to look at it Monday but it was very confusing having them tell me theres no stone in my ureter but even though ive passed many stones and had many lithotripsys this is the most my ureter has ever hurt.

Any tips for kidney stones that are more painful then the ones you usually get or tips about my current situation are very much appreciated

Im pretty sure im passing a stone right now ive passed many stones but I also have crohns disease so its hard to tell some times if its a stone or something else. This has been the most painful stone ive ever passed ive had 3 laser lithotripsys in the past year for stone and now i have 7 on the left side and 1 on the right. I passed one on the left a few weeks ago and it wasnt to bad but this one on the right has been killing me. It feels like the stone is half way through my ureter. My dr put in for a ct scan and the soonest availible one isn't for 3 weeks. He marked it for stat to try to get me in sooner and they weren't open because of the 4th of July. How do you all deal with the pain? Like I said ive passed alot of stones more then I can count but this one has been so much worse. I also feel pressure in my kidney and the stone feels like its a few inches below the kidney. If I end up having to wait the 3 weeks for the ct scan I dont know how ill do it. Im hoping i can pass it before the ct scan but im not sure about this one. This has just been very stressful and painful ive been having other issues on top of the kidney stones so its been rough. Any tips for passing stones faster are greatly appreciated. Im debating going to the er every time I do they just say its my crohns disease and dismiss me or if its a stone they say talk to my urologist which I already have and he cant do anything until I get the ct scan.

Different kidney stone symptoms ive never had before alao any tips for getting stones to pass faster?

Right now i have 7 stones in my left kidney and 1 in my right i passed one of the left side ones now the right side one started passing the next day after the left. Ive passed many stones and have had 3 lithotripsys this year im getting a ct scan to see if this is one I can pass it was 6mm about 4 months ago so im guessing its bigger now. Ive been having a different symptom that ive never had when passing a kidney stone I feel the pain where the stone is at in the ureter but I also feel pressure in my kidney. I mainly feel it alot more after I urinate. Has anyone else had this? Also ive been having no pressure when i urinate and it takes a while to start. It also starts and stops. Im just worried about feeling the pressure in my kidney while also feeling the pain in my ureter about a few inches under my kidney. Also any tips on passing stones quicker im hoping i can pass this one so I dont need another surgery.

Pretty sure im passing a stone tonight

Ive passed a few kidney stones and shards after surgeries but nothing too big the biggest one being 7mm by 3mm so it was skinny. Ive had 3 surgeries to remove stones. My last ct scan showed I have 8 stones in my left kidney ranging up to 8mm. Im pretty sure one of the stones is passing now . I had a little bit of pain in my back today then tonight it took me like 5 minutes to urinate it was almost stopping and going. Now in my mid back I have a super sharp pain. Any tips for getting a stone to pass quick I tried to sleep but I cant because of it so im hoping it passes or atleast moves to the bladder tonight.

Crohns and tooth issues possibly need dentures from teeth pretty much disintegrating

My teeth have been terrible since this flare ive been in a year long flare and its finally coming to a end after switching to skyrizi 4 months ago but ive still been having lasting problems. One of my issues a few months ago my teeth literally started disintegrating and breaking off. Today is the 3rd day in a row a huge piece of tooth broke off without eating or doing anything they just have been breaking with no cavity or anything wrong with the tooth. I seen a specialist and he said all of the teeth have issues and will need removed and i will need dentures. Im extremely nervous because im only 28 and never expected this. They said since im immune compromised I will need it done at a hospital and will need to be admitted for a bit. Does anyone else with crohns have this issue or needed dentures? Ive had crohne since I was 12. Im vitamin d deficient, on meds like sterioids thst cause teeth issues and ive had trouble absoribing for the past few months. Im just curious how the process of dentures works and how they make sure you dont get an infection. This has been extremely stressful for me since ive had this and many other issues going on at the same time. Any advice or support is greatly appreciated. Its insane how fast it happened i had a cleaning and xrays and everything was good then a month later all my teeth are breaking out of no where.

Torn or strained abdominal muscle

Has anyone ever had a torn or strained abdominal muscle? It started about 3 weeks ago I went for my infusion and they had to wheel chair me to the er because my heart rate and blood pressure were so high from upper abdominal pain. I thought it was my crohns at first but the ct scan came back good and my symptoms are the exact same as an abdominal muscle tear. I am having the hardest time to find a dr that can treat it or atleast find out how bad it is. The er told me to see my primary care but my primary care is out of office for 2 weeks. They told me to go to a urgent care and the 2 I went to both dont treat abdominal muscle issues. When I looked online it said orthopedic drs do so I called a few and all of them said they dont treat abdominal muscles. Im really stuck because it feels like its hurting worse and I have no clue where im supposed to go. I think I got it from the severe bloating ive been having from a crohns flare for the past year. I seen online it said reocurring extreme bloating can weaken abdominal muscles and even cause tears. Its a very sharp pain in my upper right abdomen it hurts pretty much every time I move especially going from sitting to standing also if I have to push to have a bowel movement and if I raise my arm or twist my body. Has anyone else ever had a abdominal muscle injury and if so what kind of dr did you end up having to see and how was the process of it? I read online if its bad enough it might need surgery but i cant even find a dr that will help me find out how bad it is.

Myltiple kidney stone questions and bilateral renal kidney disease

All of the stones are 6mm or up. The results just came back today so im waiting for my urologist to get back to me. With having 7 stones can they still do the laser or do they have to cut it out? Has anyone else had this many stones grow this quick and which surgery did they do for you. Kidney stone questions and at what point do you consider going to the er

Ive had 3 of the laser kidney stone surgeries in the past year. Right now I have a kidney stone that I think feels too big to pass. Its been in the kidney and tonight I got a very strong sharp pain while I was laying down I think it is in the ureter now or trying to get to it. My urologist said to get a ct scan rhen we will go from there. The pain have been having from this one is way worse then the many other kidney stones ive had. At what point do you go to the er for a kidney stone? I read some hospitals will inpatient you until the surgery if its really bad and my urologist works at that hospital. Also what will they do for you if it is impacting or something like that? This one is becoming unbearable to deal with at home ive even passed kidney stones at work and been fine but this one's either alot bigger or alot sharper or somthing because it doesnt feel the same as the other stones or shards ive passed. Any tips are greatly appreciated! Also ive been having alot of trouble urinating the past 4 days some times it takes minutes to start urinating and it stops and goes and feels like im not emptying my bladder all the way some times.

Constipation during flare questions

What do you guys do when you are very constipated? I was taking antibiotics for a tooth extraction and was going like 15 times a day from it then right when I stopped the antibiotics I became constipated. Its been about 4 days since ive gone which is not normal for me. I dont believe I have a blockage because im passing gas but last time I went to the er because I thought I had a blockage they brought up toxic mega colon and to watch for it. If you get that how would you know and how long does it take to get that? I started trying miralax today but I know that some times takes a while to work. Also im still currently in a flare

Kidney stone questions

Ive been having issues with absorbing things from the disease i have. Because of this I have been getting alot of kidney stones. Ive had 3 kidney stone surgeries in the past year. My last ct scan about 3 months ago showed multiple stones up to 7mm but my kidney stones have been growing very fast so they are probably bigger now. i passed 2 of them with no problem but starting yesterday I got a very sharp pain in my back on the left side that hurts worse when I bend down or twist. It feels like there is a kidney stone stuck and trying to leave my kidney or is at the very beginning of the ureter. Also I started having an extremely hard time peeing. All the other stones ive passed never gave me this much pain in my back and never caused this much urinating issues it takes me forever to start and when I do it stops and starts it takes me minutes to finish and it feels like my bladder isn't emptying. Has anyone else ever had these issues with a kidney stone? I tried to get ahold of the urologist that did my last 3 surgeries but he hasnt answered yet and now its the weekend. Should I go to the er for it and if so what can they do there? If it is completely blocking the kidney do they do surgery while at the er if its bad or would I have to wait for my urologist to get back to me? None of my other many kidney stones have given me nearly this much pain and issues. Im just not sure if i should go to the er because im not sure what they can do for me there.

Im beyond stressed the specialty pharmacy called and left a message saying they have more questions for my provider and if the provider doesnt get back to them within 24 hours they are putting my skyrizi on hold.... my takes a week to even look at my messages so im not sure what im supposed to do. Every time I call them they tell me the same thing we forwarded your message to the provider thats all we can do. The skyrizi nurse is supposed to come to my house on the 12th to teach me how to do it. Im supposed to do the med on tuesday and they arent in office on the weekends and im going to be beyond mad if I get it super late and I lose all the progress I made on the med. Has this ever happened to anyone else and how much can you delay your first on body skyrizi injection. This will be my first on body injector dose.

I have been in a flare for multiple months now and one thing ive been having a high resting heart rate for months now. Im not sure if it is just from the pain or what but it has been really worrying me. Every time I check my heart rate it has been over 100 consistently while resting. My flare i had years ago I had a fast heart rate but it was only when I was moving or doing things. This time my heart rate has been high while resting and doing things. I normally have a low resting heart rate. I have a samsung watch, finger heart rate checker and a blood pressure cuff that I check my heart rate with. The one day when my pain was extremely bad when I got to my iv hydration appointment I was laying for about 10 minutes before they checked my heart rate and it was at 165 resting. I dont drink any caffeine and im on the same meds I was on prior to the flare and high heart rate except I started skyrizi almost 3 months ago but my heart rate was high before starting that. Does anyone else have a very high resting heart rate while In a flare? Im really worried about it because im guessing its not good to have that high of a resting heart rate all the time for that long. I asked my dr to refer me to a cardiologist. Has anyone else ever had this issue while in a flare? Im on alot of meds where the main side effect is lower heart rate and mine is still high. Im not sure what else to do besides try to see a cardiologist. If you had this issue did you end up figuring out what it was?

I have had crohns for 16 years now and my biggest fear has always been sepsis since im immune compromised. Im on my loading doses of skyrizi and I am getting surgery on 2 of my back teeth Thursday. The back left one is infected and I started antibiotics today. Yesterday I felt pretty much normal besides my normal crohns issues then when I woke up today I felt completely awful almost like a cold or flu. Im wondering if im just coming down with a sinus infection. What im curious about is sepsis somthing you would 100% know you have? Ive been to the er so many times this year and I dont want to go if im just being paranoid. I know some things about sepsis and blood infections but im curious to anyone thats had it was it something you knew you had immediately. Im hoping im just being anxious and overly cautious. Thank you to anyone that shares im just trying to stay calm my anxiety has been high since ive had so many different issues and surgeries in the past year.

Does anyone else have teeth issues with their crohns? Im 28 and have had crohns for most of my life and always had mild teeth issues but now I have crohns in my small intestine not just my colon and have been having absorption issues especially with hydration to where now I get 3 bags of saline a week even with drinking as much hydration drinks as I can. As soon as I started having absorbing issues I started having the teeth issues it isn't like cavitys its where my teeth started like literally been falling apart. Im waiting to get 2 removed and hoping the one doesnt get infected again but it has been taking a long time since I have to see a oral surgeon and most have been booked out far. Im also on prednisone which I know can cause teeth issues and I started skyrizi about 3 months ago. Did anything help you with your teeth issues?
