In 2022 I flew EY A380 Economy Comfort and was super impressed by the spacious seating. Fast forward to today and flying the A380 again and they have added an extra row making it super tight - there basically is no more ‘Comfort’ section on the plane. I don’t mind 30” pitch if I’m flying an hour on a low-cost, but not 10+ hours long-haul. Why have Etihad made the seating so tight on the world’s largest plane whilst it is still pleasantly spacious on their 787-10?!
