I just talked with Shudder support about whether show is leaving Shudder. It looks like it is, customer service is supposed to follow up with me later. I also suggested that they make a statement about what’s going on because I know a lot of people are confused. I have attached my conversation to this post.
I bought two tickets for this show back in January and I broke my back in May. My was wife talking to the theatre today and they said they couldn’t guarantee that I’d get a seat or any ADA seating would be available, has anyone ever dealt with getting ADA seating? They basically said that we would have had to buy the seats back in January. I’d really hate to have to miss this show. We’d be driving up from Des Moines and I don’t want to get there and not be able to see them.
