CPAP and Intimacy

I (40F) just got my diagnosis and a CPAP is on deck for me. I am newly married and my husband's (29M) sex drive is far higher than mine (obviously) and this can become a point of contention sometimes. Long story short, I'm curious to hear from those who use CPAP and how it has (or hasn't?) impacted intimacy within relationships. I'm terrified it's going to kill our sex life. (Yeah I know this is life saving and necessary for me as my diagnosis is pretty severe) I just need to hear that it's not the end of my sex life and our intimacy.

Living with the mess

So I (40F) have been married (my second marriage) to my (29M) Husband(his first marriage) for about a year. I knew when we were dating and living separately that he had insane unmedicated ADHD and was very messy. I had hoped living together he’d pick up on some of my basic habits and it would get better. I am a therapist and no stranger to understanding ADHD, but I’m struggling. Between the way he was raised (little to no parenting and more trauma than practical lessons) and his scattered brain our home is constantly a mess. When he puts things down they live there now. Shoes come off wherever, clothes all over the place, and a general lack of picking up after himself. He doesn’t seem to notice the mess or it doesn’t bother him in the way it bothers me. If I ask him for what I need he’ll do it but I also don’t love feeling like his mother, our age gap already sometimes lends itself to that. I’ve already given in on my standards of cleanliness but I’m embarrassed by the way our home looks. It’s cluttered and chaotic and I’m exhausted trying to keep up. Anyone been through this and found some way through it? Any suggestions or advice?
