In the lake where toy boats are rented there’s a teenage (?) duckling with a hurt leg. I called the conservancy and spoke with the toy boat rental staff - the duck had a run in with a boat, urban rangers came to check him out and assessed that he had an internal injury and therefore could not be helped. This seems weird to me, I’m wondering if I was able to transport the duck to wild bird fund that they might be able to help. Any ideas or suggestions? Any duck rehabbers on this thread?
