I was doing some thinking. For the money, you could def get a newer car but for driving experience I would love that V8. Has anybody make the jump from an s4? To an S7 and how do you like it?
I bought new wheels, I simply wanted them mounted on my car and to keep my current tire setup, since I just purchased them from Costco.
See the photo above, shop calling me saying something is “wrong with the tire” since something went wrong in their process.
Now he’s trying to say I will need to buy a new tire. Isn’t that absurd? The tread on the tires is 10/32 Literally new. Tell me what yall would do and If you have been in this situation.
Has anybody gotten both a closed box intake and switched over to a titanium one? Or gone from a regular one over to a titanium one?
Is there a noticeable difference in the whole? I have an IE closed box stage 1 and it whines pretty loud. Wanted to see if titanium is worth the upgrade
Just purchased these rotors for my b8.5 s4.
Swapping my peelers out for these.
Now with that being said, owner sold them a bit dirty. Other than the fact I need to get the curb rash fixed, how would you guys go about the edges? It almost looks like there’s a coat on top of it and when I use my finger nail it sort of comes off.
I just want to see if anybody else has seen this with their set of rotors, and tips on how maybe you refurbished yours. Would be happy to see pics of others redone rotors as well.
This is a question for people who have gone from the b8.5 s4 to the b9, or have both.
Which car do you genuinely enjoy more? Is it worth the upgrade?
Obviously they are 2 different price ranges but also one is supercharged and one is turbo. Just totally different cars.
Guys, I have a b8.5 s4. Have had it for about a year now.
Whenever I turn the wheel all the way and accelerate, I get a vibration. It almost reminds me of a truck in 4 wheel drive trying to turn.
Anyways, I haven’t been concerned as I took it to an Audi and they diagnosed it as “Quattro shudder” and said it was within the limits.
Now my question is, does anybody else have this issue? Or did the dealership lie to me? I am starting to think it could be motor mounts or something else. Please let me know if anybody has some insight on this!
