Job offer while H-4 + EAD pending — previously on H-1B
I lost my job while on H-1B and filed for H-4 + EAD, which are still pending. I previously had H-1B with an approved I-140 and now received a new job offer.
Can the new employer file an H-1B transfer/change of status while H-4/EAD are pending? Has anyone successfully moved back to H-1B in this situation?
