Female PI tools of the trade?
I’m in my first month of finally starting my PI career. I know men have dozens of options out there for bathroom breaks, but we ladies have to pull our pants past our butts for similar tools! Without tinting, I’m not sure those tools are ones I want to use/try, but I KNOW I’m going to lose my person if I keep leaving to pee.
Any experienced females out there tried any of these tools? What have you found that works (or doesn’t, so I know what to avoid)?

Just passed a week without…tell me it gets easier.
I’ve been smoking SOMETHING most of my life. Smoked cigarettes from the age of 12-ish to 25-ish, when I switched permanently to cannabis. Now 35, I’ve taken T-Breaks a day or two long, but haven’t been this long without…probably ever.
I recently got a job offer for the job of my dreams. I have a medical card, but their type of work requires complete sobriety, which is for the best. I’m asthmatic and have a heart valve issue. I’m also bipolar II, and weed is said to (potentially) trigger symptoms. Chest pain, breathing issues, it makes sense to quit.
But MY LORD. The trouble sleeping, the irritability, the pain, the nausea, the anxiety. I used to take Klonopin for anxiety, which I quit for weed. I used to take prescription sleeping pills, which I quit for weed. My psychiatrist says it can take up to 30 days to re-regulate. I’m getting VIVID dreams, living another reality as I “sleep” making it impossible to feel rested when I wake. I’m trying to exercise more, but the asthma’s flaring up somehow with the lack of smoking (???) and, tldr, shit’s hard, ya’ll.
Tell me it gets easier?
Tell me what helped you when you took long breaks.
Help me see the light at the end of this tunnel instead of giving up my dreams for weed.
