Planning a road trip in October covering 7 sisters.

Wanted to know if season would be good for riding in October?
- Occasional showers or heavy rains
- Broken roads & landslides
- snow or black ice

I will enter Assam > Arunachal > Nagaland > Manipur > Mizoram > Tripura > Meghalaya > Assam. Will Kaho be doable in October?

Would like to plan ride with any festival or events.
