I've been going to the gym for a while but stopped and I can't get back to it! If I have someone who will give me some gold stars for even going, I would be so happy! I give gold stars, too!

I've had two strokes, brain surgery, heart surgery, and a total/radical hysterectomy. If I got through all that, I can keep going. :)
