Advice needed for 1 night Hiking + Backcountry Camping

Hey Folks.

Myself and two friends want to go on a scenic hike and camp overnight. Ideally something near a lake so we can enjoy a swim in the summer heat.

We'll be departing from Milton, Ontario, and don't want to drive more than 3 hours. Any suggestions?

Ideally want to leave in the early morning hike during the day, stay one night, and head back the next afternoon to be home by the evening. Also ideally some nice nature sites along the way.

Please advise on similar trips you've done that you enjoy!!!!

M365 Tenant-to-tenant migration. how do you actually make it smooth for users?

We're migrating a org from a .com M365 tenant to a .ca tenant — mailboxes, OneDrive, and SharePoint — using MigrationWiz in a live production environment. The technical migration is manageable. What I'm struggling with is the human side.

  1. How to you perform a smooth mail transition for all users? I can run a final delta sync on their mailboxes on a Sunday, but come the Monday, their customers are still going to be emailing their old addresses. Should I create mail forwarding? Should I put automatic replies to their inboxes to email the new tenant? How do you guys work with this?

  2. SharePoint / OneDrive. *if people are actively working in SharePoint on the source tenant during migration, how do you cut them over to the migrated data without them either losing work or getting confused about which version is "real"? Do I need to manually hop in on each computer, sign them out of their U.S. accounts, and sign them back in? How do you guys deal with this without people getting confused, and how do you transition in a smooth way? It's going to take time to work with each user.

I really didn't think about this part of the migration. The technical part is easy, but I'm not sure how to approach this user transition.

Appreciate any real-world experience.

On one page of a Power BI report that I was working on, there is an embedded Power App. I made a data source change on the Power App, taking the data from a different SQL table. When I realized what I wanted to do wasn't going to work, I just reverted the version back to the original one.

The problem is, though, that now when I use the drill-through function on PowerApp page of the Power BI report, it does not give back the column information that I expected. See the screenshots attached for a working version of the report versus the not working version. Notice the missing values

Things I've tried so far:
1.Refreshing the data source in the PowerApp

2.Changing the data source to another SQL table then changing it back in the PowerApp

  1. Republishing the entire Power BI report.

Literally nothing else is different between the working PowerBI and PoweApp combo and the non-working one. Also, the powerapp is loading with no problems. There is just a problem passing the values from Powerbi integration data into the PowerApp.

Pls advise

I build Voice AI receptionists on the side and am thinking to pivot to selling GHL AI automations including Voice AI.

I have a good day job that I enjoy. I don't actually like spending more hours in front of a computer working on my agency. My end goal is to have more own business and work LESS hours.

I want to make 10k per month working 20-25 hours per week. Is this possible? Has anyone pulled this off? Or do you think I would be working the same amount of hours (or more) than my 40hr/ week day job?

Thanks in advance
