Joost Klein & Harry Styles

Hey!
I know this is so random but I went to Joosts concert two weeks back in Berlin and also attended Harry’s show last night.

I’ve been a life long fan of Harry and since 2024 absolutely adored joost. I have thought since both of these concerts how similar they are in many funny ways. I feel like both Harry and Joost share a lot of the same values with unity, being in the moment and so much more.
I’ve been thinking of this a lot more since the release of Harry’s new album as it leans a lot more on the dance side and how he is open about his time in Berlin and places where he would go to clubs and raves, another reason why I think they’re so similar lol.

I do know this is so out of the blue but I was just wondering if anyone else is a fan of both and thinks this? I just think they would get along so well and especially because they’re both very international now. I think a collab would be cool (even tho it is hard to imagine what they’d do…) and I do wonder if Harry’s ever heard of joost! It would be so cool to see my different worlds colliding. Harry put on an amazing show last night at Wembley and so did Joost in Berlin, I love how open they are with unity and love it really makes a show feel so much more welcome, im so glad to be apart of such loving communities <3

PSA: I don’t mean to come across that their music is in anyway similar, like imagine comparing the friesenjung lil Texas remix and golden lol. Or with them collaborating, would be strange lol. This was just a shower thought of mine!

Behaviour at Berlin 26

So on Friday at the Berlin show, me and my friend travelled from England to come and we planned to queue for hours to get a good spot. We ended up being 77 & 78 in the queue from 11:30am which wasn’t majorly bad. Anyway we made a friend in the queue and ended up going in with them. We ended up being in the middle 7 or 8 rows in.
By the time the mosh pits opened we were 2/3 people from the front on the left a bit.

Now this is my issue. So I known that the pit would be crazy hence why we moved to the front when they opened. Everyone was squashed and it was uncomfortable. By the time the second/third pit opened for (I think) Duolingo everyone was getting pushed and it was bad.

So infront of me there was this older lady, I’d say late 50s, this is where my issue starts.

Obviously when pits opened and closed everyone nearer to the front got pushed even further and one person next to me got pushed into me and then this older woman. I thought they were pushing at us at first but they said it was coming from the back, apologised and I forgave them. I could tell OP was stressed about it and meant no harm.
Then this lady turned around to this person (OP had a unity cap on and shortish fluffy hair) and started blaming them for it, they explained themselves and the woman kept on arguing, clearly distressing the person. I couldn’t understand much because: a) I was trying to enjoy the show myself, whilst also checking in on my friends, b) I didn’t speak their language.
But I knew it was getting aggressive between the woman, even when it wasn’t on OP side.

At this point I seen the woman was bothering OP and said “Hey it wasn’t them, it’s coming from the back of the crowd from the pits”, I said this about 2x to her but she wouldn’t listen and she replied back in a language I couldn’t translate, but clearly didn’t believe me. Still distressing OP who was clearly upset and wanting to enjoy the show.

The woman then started pushing and shoving this person with their SHOULDERS AND HANDS?? to the point where I had to get in the middle of them and stop her as she was pushing him and nearly getting violent, they stopped and I asked them if they were okay. They said no. A couple minutes later, I turned around to see OP bawling their eyes out so I asked them “are you okay?” And offered them a hug. We hugged and I felt so bad.
At another point, OP had no choice but to stand next to the woman as the pit pushed them there, the woman was still clearly going on with it and not putting it aside and started mouthing off and trying to push them again. OP was so distressed, it hurt to see. They got a hug off somebody else and I comforted them at the same time. It got to the point that other people noticed, it was awful. Thankfully OP (hopefully) had a good rest of the show after that.

I just thought I’d post this as this behaviour is NOT acceptable in any place or any time. ESPECIALLY coming from an older woman, it was so childish of her to be getting physical over this when OP apologised multiple times, OP was around early 20s I’d say.
I just hated to see that, especially at a joost concert which preaches unity and kindness, he wouldn’t allow this.
Thankfully OP had the help and love off of other fans and me which I was so glad to see.
This is never acceptable anywhere. I hope if OP is out there anywhere they’re okay <3

Unity and kindness is so very important at these shows, please look out for others.

Merch

Hi so I was just wondering if anyone going to any upcoming shows + getting merch would be able to grab me a unity bracelet? I know that it’s €5 and would be very grateful for anyone who could, it’s a big ask so im not expecting anything from anyone. Just thought I’d ask. I’d obviously pay for the bracelet and shipping too. <3
Thank you
