I need to get serious with reading, I have friends who read but they're not into the stuff I'm considering to read. There are three books in my mind
1- whores and glore by William t vollmann
2- war and war and war by László Krasznahorkai
3- mountainhead by new juche
I would also prefer a girl in similar/adjacent taste, really not interested in talking with guys

i was wondering if there's places like that in mumbai, adjacent to rs taste, most i could find are quite surface level, let me know if anyone is organising a book club here as well
i like all sorts of literature but unfortunately rely on the edgier side, pierre guyotat, denis cooper, bataille etc but also really enjoy nabokov, hindi lit, lately reading simone weil and lots of theosophy but overall very detached from reading
really into noise music so wondering how is it in mumbai specifically and whether i can join some events
