ran out of the sky color so I made another gradient and eased it into a darker color lol, glad it worked out.
made this sprite before bed and it was so relaxing to do while listening to random ass geographical facts about the globe. attached a video for the glitter side before in the comments. 🫀
I forgot to resume between the baking sheet and glitter sheet, basically I just peeled the tape off after it stuck to the baking sheet after some time when you can see no holes on the top ( just put it infront of a light source to see ) , and then put it over any other texture and finnnish you want and continue ironing.
I used a bigger flat iron , and poor quality / low end beans in this video to show you don’t really need a heat press or extremely good quality beans for no holes melt / flat melts / pretty melts. 🫀
got some free time today finally and made this, first time trying to fuse two different “layers” together, it was a lot of learning. love how shiny it turned out, I wanted to add a video but I think I can’t add both image and video together..
295 colors and I’m elated to start making again, any suggestions what I should make? Let me know!
I love how they look like shiny candies. I could eat them.
Hello, I’ve been wondering if sets are something people would be interested in buying ? ( 24, 46, 96, 121 , 196 , ++ ) colors, with different ironing methods / clothes / sheets ? ( glittery, textured , rough, shiny, etc ) would you be interested in buying something like that all in one set and having options to refill too? 🤔 please let me know your thoughts !
The color of drills I like best have to be reds and blues, the color families just look beautiful.
Hello, this is my [original post](https://www.reddit.com/r/diamondpainting/s/u3cRPkD4lz)
Since my last post, I’ve done more research, watched people, read about people’s experiences, likings and so on.
I have some more questions now if anyone is kind enough to answer and help me gauge more perspective to my target customers.
First, when trying out a new brand, do you prefer extremely small ( bite size ) or a healthy size ( 30x40, 40x40, 30x30 ) to gauge the quality of the brand? This will help me better evaluate what I want to add in my launch.. also the fact do you prefer a new shop has one option during launch for least two if you do want to buy both?
Also anything else the original comments don’t have that you would like to tell me that I should know?
I’ll be handling everything myself and launches may take time since I adopted a commenters advice and plan to finish every new canvas to take photographs of it for better reference and quality of the product my consumer base is buying. I myself like to know how some things look when finished so I think this would benefit me ( and people gauge how some things will look ) even if it will take a lot of time, and labor to have launches.
Also, what is a theme that the majority customers just like? because I am signing artists, and I draw myself but for the launch I want something extremely common so everybody can like some thing in it and I don’t want to put out niche picture which some people like and a good base of them just does not do stuff like that ( I.e like I’ve seen some people just do not like to DP people ) so they don’t get to try it out.
I think everything that the previous people helped me with I can adopt, except the eco-friendly packaging of the drills because I’ve it’s really affordable to get them packed in the way the industry uses them and their might be a price increase for the drills to be packed in paper baggies.
for example because I am assuming my future manufacturers which I will end up choosing after trying out all manufacturers ( please let me know if I should share this stuff too and you’d like to know the ins and out of how I’ll end up choosing my manufacturer ! ) I am testing would need to package the drills by hand rather than it being machine operated. ( from what I’m aware of by now from my research )
Thank you to all who read this much and thank you so much to ANYONE who answers even one of my questions! I want to be people’s voice and needs.
