being psychologically tortured at this point, no question about it. every single night when it's 10 pm (official quiet time in our complex) the upstairs neighbors turn their tv on, crank up the volume all the way up and start watching fast n furious. this has been happening for at least 8 months. i have shit to do early in the morning, i can't take this anymore.
This is ruining my life. It feels like some sort of torture at this point. I'm fucking lucky if I get mere 5 hours of shut-eye each night before they start being noisy again.
How am I supposed to work if I can't sleep in my own home anymore? The cops won't do shit, the managment won't do shit. I think I need to sleep in a hotel each night.
Update #1 The man woke me up again (like every night) and called the cops on him. It is 3 Am.
Every single morning around 6-8 Am the large, red faced drunk upstairs STOMPS as loud as humanly possible. I can literally feel it in my bones when he does. He takes 4 steps forward and 4 steps backward. And he does this for hours at a time, sometimes late in the evening or in the middle of the night as well. He also loves to speak loudly to the voices in his head, he repeats the same phrase over and over and over and over and over again. Then he starts to moan agressively. He does this at least 20 times a day. Extremely loud gross moaning sound that he can't stop doing.
His wife started wearing high heels indoors for some reason. She walks back and forth all hours of the day. She woke me up at 2 Am last night when she started roaming around her home with her shoes on. She used to make smoothies at 3 Am with her loud blender but she stopped after being told to.
Sometimes this hideous couple has little kids over. Grandkids I assume. The kid will scream and cry hysterically the whole entire time it's in their home. I think they are abusing it but I'm not sure. Is it normal for a child to scream all hours of the day? Hysterically screaming for his mom? And then the child will scream and scream and scream and the large drunk man will start moaning loudly. This happened a few days ago.
And all this bullshit has been happening for months. I am ready to give up.

I thought I could never get past some of the harder levels in HLM2. But I did! How??
