I mean the scars match and jackets coma could have miss mached some things like masks plus I don’t Think that something like a rubber mask would survive being blown up with the guy who had the explosive on him (Also since we see the tention room in top down perspective there is no way that jacket saw anyone behind that door

I heard awhile back that in madness combat (goated flash series) the characters are confirmed to have clay-like skin. This got me thinking, seeing how the characters in hotline miami can literally split PEOPLE in two with simple things like machetes, swords and CLEAVERS, that would mean that either everyone is inhumanly strong, or that everyone is very soft. I think that in hotline miami's universe has a soft, clay-like body which would explain why they're so soft, also their insides are like gelatin.

Biker straight up cuts people in half with a butcher knife, which is physically Impossible (i Think) he Also has to take more then one hit to take down (in neighbors) and is faster then jacket a special WAR vet

As the title states, I believe that Dead Ahead isn't real and is just Manny's fantasy. Now, you'd think that single cop killing 90 columbian cartel members would be some kind of headline in the news somewhere right? But not once is it mentioned throughout the game, hell the fans at this point have killed less people than Manny alone yet they are mentioned a few times. I also want to point out that the Cargo ship is heavily fortified, with at least 6 columbians already waiting for an assault behind these cargo crates with guns at the very start. There's also the line of dialogue coming from the police officer is never followed up on, you'd think Manny would either be reprimanded or praised by the police chief for his actions but we never see that. That and Manny has been shown to be an unreliable narrator, so I believe that this mission isn't real or Manny was part of the raid but didn't take it down solo.

Starting from Into the Pit, we hear that the Hoodlums are Drug dealers (also backed up by Execution where we see a weed farm.), using the place as a front to torture people (bench of weapons) and dispose of their dead bodies. We also see in Moving up that they have a large amount of boxes containing electronics and other valuables they probably stole. Here in the intro of No Mercy, we see that they own a Chop shop and are siding with the columbians. Not only that, but they have quite a few very expensive sports cars in the shop despite it being in a bad part of town. In Subway, we see multiple 50 Blessings graffiti on the final floor which appears to have been done by them. And the most important piece to the puzzle, we have Abyss. Despite this level being non canon, it shows a large amount of boxes containing the animal masks. Not too different from what we saw in Moving Up along with them being the only enemies we see in Abyss. So from all of these levels, we can paint a picture. The Hoodlums own multiple valuable businesses that generate money for 50 Blessings, they also use these businesses to act as a front for their criminal operations and body disposals, they are most likely foot soldiers that simply do the dirty work that 50 Blessings isn't willing to show publicly. As a reward for their work, they are given easy targets that have high value loot and are granted a place in the bunker.

As a hotline Miami and Dexter fan I think this is a really interesting debate because both of them kill bad people but for very different reasons

Jacket motive is only revenge and grief he doesn't care about what they did to other people he cares about what they did to his friend beard

Dexter motive is kind of driven by his sick lust for blood and killing and he justifies it by killing bad people (criminals)

If they were to be in the same time period what their interaction will be like?

Personally I think if Dexter knew why jacket is killing Russian mobs he wouldn't side with him but he would not kill him also until he kills the whole police station that is the turning point between them I think.

And also they fought who do you think will win?

As the title implies, I'm genuinely wondering why on Earth they're both in the same prison? They are presumably both Death Row inmates judging from the amount of people they have killed (easily in the hundreds for both characters). And in HM1 Jacket, had beat Richter up pretty badly. So why are they both here? From the perspective of the Judge, Jacket might be willing to finish the job in prison or Richter might want revenge for what was done to him. It just doesn't make any logical sense, because both prisoners are known to have a record of violence and both hated each other previously.

Not the biggest fan of how it turned out, customization isn’t great in this game. Wanted to do the fans but swan and tigers masks don’t exist unfortunately :(
