Hello. We’re looking to rent a condo unit for an incoming UP Manila Pharmacy student. Any recommendations would be much appreciated.

We’ve booked a viewing for Victoria De Manila but we heard that the elevator queues there take forever. Any other options that are safe and within walking distance of the university?

Hello. A family member needs to go to UP Manila every weekday starting July. She’ll be coming from Araneta Center Cubao.

Aside from taking Grab, may I know if this commuting route from Google is correct? LRT-2 Cubao → Recto → LRT-1 Doroteo Jose → Pedro Gil

We’re not really familiar with LRT so any help would be much appreciated. TIA!
