Trouble with warping and weird textures on Gridfinity bin

I'm going a little crazy here. I'm trying to print a larger Gridfinity bin, and I'm having two (seemingly) separate problems that I can't seem to solve. I've done the print multiple times and get nearly identical results even after careful plate cleaning, drying the filament, etc.

  1. Bad texture in one corner of the print which also shows up on the exterior of the bin wall. The fact that it's consistently in that corner seems like an environmental problem, but it's in a utility room with no drafts.
  2. The bottom of the print warps and curls up at the corners. I wouldn't mind too much except this print is half the finished product and needs to be glued together, and the warping means the seams don't line up cleanly.

I've got a Bambu A1, Biqu Cryogrip Frostbite plate, SUNLU PLA+ 2.0, and I'm printing at 0.4mm. Relevant (modified) print settings are in screenshots; I was trying to go slow to address the warping. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!
