I just noticed this today and I don't remember this ever happening, but as the title says if you're in your PHB and click the red index icon labeled "Table of Contents" it links to the Basic Rules instead of the PHB.

It's small but annoying! Thank you!

ETA: It seems this only happens when you're in the Rules Glossary of the PHB.

EDIT 2:

Apologies, it seems when you are in Chapter 1: Actions and click on one of the Actions such as Attack, Disengage, Hide, etc, you are redirected to the Basic Rules instead of the Rules Glossary in the 5.5E PHB.

EDIT 3:

This appears in tons of links in the PHB actually. If you simply go to the Fighter class and click "Persuasion," it links to the Basic Rules instead of the PHB.

This really should be fixed if possible.

Let me explain: Most adventures come with a DM map that has extra locations, items, or points of interest marked on them while PC maps are usually just blank. I would love a system where I load the PC map for the campaign to see while having my DM map on my screen, still being able to move monsters and change both maps simultaneously.

It seems complex but I think abovevtt has the feature, so I'd love to see it in MapsVTT as I only use Maps for my games.

On my app, if I'm looking at the Crystal Ball and tap "Scrying" to view the spell, it links to the Legacy 2014 Scrying. Likewise, Cube of Force links to all the Legacy spells.

Is there a way to just stop seeing Legacy spells?

To be clear, I'm in Listings->Magic Items, Filters: Rare, Very Rare, Sources are 5.5e Core Rules, 5.5e Expanded Rules and Subscriber Content

UPDATE: I uninstalled the 2014 PHB and now it prompts me to reinstall the 2014 Handbook if I tap on a spell connected to a Magic Item. Also, it doesn’t seem to work in the Search either. It still tries to link to 2014.

In the 5.5E MM, all enemies have a loot type associated with them. I see the table included in the MM, but is there a filter function on the website too?

I admittedly haven’t watched much CR but what is going on with everyone not knowing their character abilities?

This came up because of Teor’s death in episode 30. He died in vain. He is a Paladin Oath of Glory. When he smites, he can Channel Divinity to give himself or others temporary HP: 2d8+PLD level.

This happens with Kattigan controlling Wulfric, Thimble (and Brennan) not understanding Nick property, Valeus, etc etc.

The only people who seem to fully know their characters are Luis, Alexander, Aabria, Matt, and weirdly Sam.

Is this normal??

Edit:

I absolutely adore the defenders coming out suggesting it’s totally normal and okay for them not to remember their character abilities. If you watch any other D&D show, this isn’t really an issue.
