Depoly animation in the utility guns ( I don't know if this is a bug or a feature ) either I like it

I might be wrong may be the deploy animation is exclusive to the Dreamland skin . I just didn't notice till now

Need help for creating my own mod !!!!

Guys I just installed vortex and wolven kit and basic essentials mod utilities. I wanna make a mod of my own for cyberpunk 2077 with it's own different/spin off small story line in it and it's own missions. Do you guys know any resourses I should looked in to or watch ?
