Struggling With Afterschool Program Budgeting help needed !

Excluding teacher stipends, snacks, athletics and band, what does a typical per-club budget look like at your school, specifically at the middle school level?

How much does it vary from club to club? How much comes from fundraising and/or club dues?

I’m trying to get a ballpark understanding as my team and I plan for the fall

I’m still pretty early in my role and something that’s been surprising is how much time goes into working with documents. Clients send bank statements, invoices, and other PDFs, and a big part of my day is just opening files, finding numbers, and entering them into Excel or our system. It’s not difficult work, but it’s really repetitive. And if something looks off, I end up going back through the PDF again to double-check everything. I tried converting some files to Excel but the formatting gets messy, especially with scanned docs.

Just wondering is this normal in most firms or are there better ways people handle this?

It turns out the anatomy of my ears just doesn't work with BTE styles. I have a specific fold of cartilage right at the top, and every behind-the-ear model I try digs directly into it. By midday, the pain is so unbearable that I have to remove them completely, which ruins the whole point of having them.

My specialist recommended switching to In-The-Canal (ITC) or Completely-In-Canal (CIC) options. However, the custom-molded prescription versions are way outside my current budget.

Has anyone else had to abandon BTEs due to severe ear cartilage pain? Are there reasonably priced Over-The-Counter earbuds or non-custom in-ear models you'd recommend? Also, would switching to a micro Receiver-In-Canal (RIC) with a wire solve this, or will it still irritate that exact same spot?

I visited a craft store to find epoxy resin products two days ago. I wanted something strong and clear for DIY work. I also wanted to see what real users say before buying. But when I checked them I felt confused. Some products looked great but had no clear feedback in store. Some felt good but quality claims were not easy to verify. I could not trust them. I could not decide confidently.

Then I visited another shop in the same area. Some epoxy resins looked better but reviews were mixed. Some were affordable but curing quality was not clear. Some seemed perfect at first but I was not sure how they perform after drying and long term use. I remembered I used resin before that turned cloudy after curing. That made me hesitate even more.

To check more variety and options while scrolling many online platforms including alibaba I found many places to read reviews on latest epoxy resin products? Amazon is one of the best because buyers share real photos and detailed feedback? YouTube has hands on testing videos showing strength clarity and curing results? Reddit communities like r/resin and r/DIY share honest user experiences and mistakes? Trustpilot and craft forums also provide product level discussions and ratings? There were many sources available? This made me excited but also confused again?

Now I am thinking should I trust video reviews for real testing or written reviews for detailed feedback when choosing epoxy resin products?
