I have been wanting to build my own dragons approach deck since I've leaned about that card. I have tried other spell slinger decks but I feel like this is the right commander for it.

I think this is bracket 3 but since this deck only needs a couple of cards to pop off, I feel like I should put it at a higher bracket.

Reviewing the deck, it only needs the commander, a cost reducer to just 1 red and a mana refunder like urabrask. I'll only need to cast dragon's approach 8 times to deal 40 damage with the commander out. Without the commander, I need 12-13 casts. Either way, it's not reliant on the commander to be present to win the game.
