This year I tried qualifying for airman first class medical (pilot) but FA might be a more realistic choice of career if:

Prescription medications that help with sleep are more strict for pilots than FAs.

During stressful life chapters my nervous system doesn’t cooperate when it comes to sleep. Since stressful life chapters are inevitable I need to be realistic.

So question: Any FAs here prescribed sleep medication that are allowed by the FAA? If so, could you share general advice on the matter?
