I’m almost finished with C25K now. I never thought I’d be someone who actually cannot wait for the next run, and actually love every second of running, even when it’s hard. The first few weeks certainly weren’t like this, so I’m so HAPPY I kept going :)

How can I prevent my next door neighbour putting her shit in my bins. Just came back from a week holiday to find both my blue and black bin full of her rubbish. I know it’s her stuff because the recycling is full of her packaging boxes.

Shes done this before when I’ve been at home and I’ve had some not so nice conversations with her, she told me we all pay the same council tax and so she can use my bins too. I haven’t stopped to her level and put shit in her bins. What can I do to stop her doing this other than locking my bins which is an inconvenience to me.
