The brand is “Aconatic”. I don’t what the coating is or anything. Am I cooked?

How can I avoid falling while kicking? I feel very off balance when I throw a kick and often end up in positions like the ones in the photos. However, they don’t fall while I keep falling. Please give me some advice.
