New Maersk's work-from-home policy

Hi everyone, With the recent change to Maersk’s working-from-home policy, employees are now expected to work from the office 5 days per week.

I created this space so people can share their thoughts, experiences, and concerns in a respectful and professional way. This is clearly an important topic for many of us, and it would be valuable to hear different perspectives. You are welcome to share:

  • How you feel about the change
  • How it may affect your work-life balance, productivity, or motivation
  • Whether you see any benefits in being back in the office full time
  • What alternatives or compromises you think could work better

Please keep the discussion constructive and respectful. The goal is not to attack individuals, but to understand how people feel and create a space for open conversation.

Need guidance on Maersk Sponsorship Program (Shortlisted but no interview mail yet)

Hi everyone,

I hope you’re doing well. I recently appeared for the Maersk sponsorship test and cleared it. I also received a shortlisting/process mail on 29th, but I haven’t received any interview call or further update yet.

I wanted to ask if anyone here has gone through the same process or has experience with the Maersk sponsorship program:

How long does it usually take to receive the interview mail after shortlisting?

Is this delay normal?

Should I wait or contact them again?

What are my chances at this stage?

For context, here’s my profile:

12th (PCM): 73%

English: 83% (12th), 63% (10th)

Cleared sponsorship test

I’m really serious about joining the merchant navy and Maersk is my top priority, so any guidance or advice would mean a lot.
