I've been playing on Last War: Survival Game – Server 1991, and I honestly feel like the server is heading toward disaster if things continue the way they are.

I'm a member of the Whales alliance, which is currently the second strongest alliance on the server. Competition is normal, rivalries are expected, and wars are part of the game. But what is happening now has gone far beyond healthy competition.

The alliance OneP has started targeting our entire alliance over personal disagreements involving only a few players. Instead of resolving conflicts between the people actually involved, they retaliate against everyone. It doesn't matter who was right, who was wrong, or who wasn't involved at all. The whole alliance gets punished.

This has now escalated into what can only be described as a server-wide civil war.

Many players are being attacked simply because of the alliance tag they wear. People who just want to enjoy the game, grow their accounts, and prepare for Season 2 are being forced into endless conflict that benefits no one. It's creating a toxic atmosphere where diplomacy no longer matters.

What's even more disappointing is that our current server president, Vita, has remained completely silent. Whether through mediation, communication, or leadership, nothing has been done to calm the situation or encourage cooperation between the major alliances.

A successful server requires leadership. Without it, personal grudges turn into alliance wars, alliance wars become server wars, and eventually the entire server suffers. Strong players leave, weaker players quit, participation drops, and everyone loses.

Season 2 requires coordination and teamwork if a server wants to remain competitive. Right now, Server 1991 is moving in the opposite direction. Instead of preparing together, we're wasting resources and destroying the community from within.

This isn't about asking for special treatment for Whales. It's about asking for fairness. If individuals have a dispute, let those individuals resolve it. Don't punish dozens of uninvolved players because of personal conflicts.

I'm posting this because I genuinely care about the future of Server 1991. I hope both alliances—and especially the server leadership—can step back, communicate, and prevent the server from collapsing before Season 2 begins.

Has anyone else experienced similar situations on their servers? How were they resolved?
