I just lost ~940 Safari tabs on my iPhone , Please tell me there’s a way to recover them

I honestly don’t even know where to start. I had around 450 normal Safari tabs and another ~490 Private tabs that I’ve accumulated over a long time.

I did NOT accidentally close all my tabs. I restarted my iPhone and my storage is extremely low, and when I opened Safari again, almost everything was gone. I only have 2 normal tabs showing now.

I haven’t cleared Safari history or website data, and I’m scared to do anything else in case I make recovery impossible.

Has anyone had this happen because of low iPhone storage? Is there ANY way to get the tabs back? Please help me out

I had a quick question about Facebook. On some business posts, there’s a “Send Message” button that seems to trigger an automated message like “Hi, do you need help?”

If I just click that button but don’t type or manually send anything, does it still go into the business’s DMs? Or does it only send if I actually type and press send myself?

Just trying to understand how it works, thanks in advance!
