Can banned users still report posts?

Yesterday we removed a post. The user re posted and we again removed. The user then messaged us and called us names so we banned them. Now today I am seeing dozens of posts reported for breaking the rule we used against this user's post yesterday when the reported posts are completely unrelated to this rule.

If it is the same user is there anything we can do other than wait for them to get bored?

Assistance with EES kiosks in Madrid Airport

I will be flying into Madrid next week and have a couple oddly specific questions about the EES kiosks. I'm coming from USA and have not been to a Schengen country for a couple of years.

I am visually impaired and often struggle with screens at these types of kiosks. I am not blind but have low distance acuity and am very light sensitive. Every other country I have entered that uses a kiosk-type entry system I have been able to stay with my partner and get her help to negotiate the kiosks and we have only been separated at the point I hand my passport to a person behind the counter and they then hand it back to me and open the gate. This works fine because I can deal with the kiosks with her help. I am aware that the airport offers accommodations that can be requested in advance but this has never been necessary in the past and I don't want to waste someone's time requesting it if no accomodation is needed.

So my question is basically this:

Will we be able to stay together when doing the kiosk entry or are we likely to be separated and if we are separated will there be an obvious way at that point that I can request to bypass the kiosk and be manually processed?

Thank you.
