I put in an application weeks ago for a part time cleaning and operations associate. Didn’t get an email back for about 2 weeks, it prompted me to schedule a google meet and after the fact I checked their site and the position isn’t listed anymore. Does this mean it’s filled or they maybe took it down cus of all the applications? I know there’s a high chance they won’t show up to the interview based off others posts.
Should I just call morning of or a day ahead and mention that I applied and got an email for a virtual interview and wanted to make sure it went thru on their end? I don’t know a non rude way to ask, so suggestions welcome
edit: I also applied for sales associate which is still listed but I never got an email for that. if they say they’re not hiring cleaners anymore should I mention I am interested in the other role, or see if they offer it first ?
