Eureka Forbes/Aquaguard service is Crap - do no buy AMC - Fraud by Service Provider - No help from Company

  • My troubles began in March 2026 when my local service provider called me to create a “service request” for my water filter, even though I didn’t need it.
  • The service provider created this request to get paid for “fake service.”
  • The service provider would call me for a satisfaction code without ever visiting.
  • I protested and refused the satisfaction code, but the service provider sent a technician to request the same code.
  • I protested again, and the technician did superficial service on my aquaguard filter.
  • I provided the service code and asked the service provider not to repeat this fraudulent service.
  • After the “fake service,” my machine started leaking, despite having no issues before.
  • I raised another service request, and a technician from the same service provider came and informed me that the tank had been ruptured during the “fake service” and that I would need to pay to replace it.
  • I protested, saying that I didn’t want the “fake service” and that I wasn’t responsible for the breakage caused by the fraudulent service request.
  • I asked the technician to make the necessary repairs, but he refused.
  • I created a new service request because my issue remained unresolved.
  • This went on for 30-45 days, during which time I informed the Eureka Forbes call center multiple times about my situation.
  • Each time, they promised to create a new service request and offered no other assistance.
  • After two requests, the local service provider stopped responding to the service request and stopped accepting my calls and marking the service request as “customer not at home.”
  • After three or four more service requests, during which the service provider fraudulently marked “customer not at home," I received another call from the Eureka Forbes call center asking if my request had been completed, despite clearly telling the call center representative that my request hadn’t been completed and not to close the ticket.
  • The call center rep canceled my ticket. What is the point of buying a Silver AMC when no service is being provided?
  • My water filter has been inoperable for over 3 months!
  • Now, I’ve been using market-purchased bottled water for over three months because of the incompetence and fraudulent activities of the local service provider and the unhelpful and nonchalant nature of the call center reps.
  • This has led me to believe that when a customer needs help, the company doesn’t provide it and forces the customer to run around in circles.
