Yes yes ik potato potato lol. Not a fan of everything BT does but the 107 is definitely worth it at MSRP

I was debating buying this but at $99.99 it was too hard to resist.
The nose is really good and there’s something there that I just can’t quite put a word to. The palette is very caramel forward so if that’s your jam this should be something you get. Honestly I don’t know if I would get it again, the regular E.H. Taylor SiB I have is much more fruit forward which is something I prefer.
I’m going to give it some time after getting the neck pour out and see if that changes anything but as of right now I would give it a 8.7

Favorites are the Boulder Spirits BiB, E.H. Taylor SiB, Weller 107, and the Knob Creek SiB select

I’ve heard some good things about the Bottled in Bond Boulder Bourbon and finally got around to trying it. It is quite fantastic. I’m not great with giving tasting notes but it’s very sweet and super smooth definitely something that is going to become a regular pour for me.

Distilled and bottled by Vapor Distillery in Boulder CO I’m definitely going to go check them out. I hope they do single barrels because the flavor profile is super unique. Overall I would give it a 9.4 and at $60 it’s a really good price

Picked up this guy today for $59 very excited to open it. I’ve loved all the BIB stuff I have tried thus far so I’m hoping to love this too. Made some beef ribs for dinner tonight and used a Bourbon mustard blend (using Weller Special Reserve) I made as the binding agent so felt relevant.

Scored this single barrel E.H Taylor at $84.99

Real quality pour. Got a little vanilla on the palette which was unexpected and lovely 9.3 out of 10 for me personally (sorry I’m not the most descriptive)

The two Buffalo Trace barrel picks have totally ruined regular Buffalo Trace for me. The nose is sweeter and it knocks regular BT way out of the ballpark. Overall I would say regular BT is a 8.2 for me the barrel pick is definitely an 8.9

And I needed a backup Weller Antique 107 but it’s pretty well known at this point I feel like so I won’t get into it.
