When I painted the walls it bubbled so we plastered and now it has bubbled the plaster
We used emulsion paint over existing paint , primed the walls first with a watered down coat . It bubbled so we filled and sanded the bubbles , used zinser peel stop and another coat of emulsion and it still bubbled . So we replastered the wall and now it has bubbled the plaster , what are my next options other than reboarding the wall
