Looking for recommendations on budget-friendly tools or effective methods to create job-specific ATS-friendly resumes

Hi everyone,

Manually tailoring my resume for every job posting I want to apply to can be time-consuming. When I provide my current draft resume and the target job posting, I am looking for tools, platforms, or effective methods that analyze the keywords and requirements in the posting and generate a job-specific ATS-friendly resume draft for me.

I thought about taking a shortcut and doing this with Gemini, but I am hesitant about ATS detecting AI and docking points. Because of this, I would primarily like to try tools or platforms focused specifically on this task that are not exorbitantly priced. However, if there is a genuinely tested and solid prompt/methodology recommendation that does not feel AI-generated, I am also open to running it with Gemini.

Looking forward to recommendations on tools, platforms, or methods that you actively use and are happy with.

Thanks.

Entry-level and affordable ASO tool alternatives to AppTweak or SensorTower?

Hey everyone,

I want to manage processes like keyword tracking, ASO, etc. for mobile apps a bit more regularly. However, popular platforms like AppTweak, SensorTower, or MobileAction feel like way too much to start with; I don't even earn enough yet to cover those numbers.

I am looking for entry-level alternatives that are proven in terms of price/performance.

Is anyone here actively using and happy with affordable ASO tools that have reasonable starter plans? Looking forward to your recommendations.

Thanks.

Web UI/UX design with AI: What skills, prompts, or tools do you use to avoid that generic "AI look"?

Hey everyone,

As a developer building web applications and projects, UI/UX design is often my biggest bottleneck.

I’ve been trying to leverage AI to speed up my design workflow, but I keep running into two main friction points:

  1. The "Generic AI" Look: Most AI-generated layouts feel repetitive, oversaturated, or obviously AI-made rather than clean and human-designed.
  2. Tool / Skill Clutter: Having separate prompt stacks or skill sets for a portfolio, an e-commerce page, or a dashboard gets messy real quick.

I'm looking for a more versatile, clean workflow or set of AI skills/tools that can handle different project types while keeping a modern, premium aesthetic.

For those using AI in your web design / frontend workflow:

  • What AI skills, system prompts, or frameworks do you rely on for UI/UX design?
  • How do you guide AI tools to stick to clean design systems (colors, typography, component layouts) instead of generic templates?
  • Are there any specific resources, open-source kits, or workflows you’d recommend?

Would love to hear your approaches and tips!

Using AI to stay active on Reddit: How do you do it, and how does the community/platform react to it?

Hey everyone,

As a developer building my own projects, I want to stay active on Reddit without spending hours scrolling every day.

I’m looking to set up a simple AI-assisted workflow where:

  1. It periodically gives me suggestions (e.g., "Here’s a good thread to comment on with draft X" or "Here’s a topic idea for subreddit Y").
  2. Once I review and approve the draft, it handles the post or comment.

My main focus is keeping interactions high-quality and authentic, but doing it in a time-efficient way so I can be present in the right discussions.

A few ideas that came to my mind were using an MCP (Model Context Protocol) server, a browser-based AI agent, or pre-built AI skills/tools—but I’d love to get your thoughts on a couple of things:

  • What are the most common or effective methods/tools you use for AI-assisted Reddit engagement?
  • How does Reddit (platform algorithms / shadowban risks) and the community view this kind of AI assistance? Is there any risk even when used responsibly with human approval?

Would love to hear your experiences and recommendations!

Any software/tool to create pixel art animation videos using premade assets?

I’m a software developer and I want to start creating short, aesthetic pixel art animation loop videos (like a dev coding in a dark room at 3 AM with rain outside) for social media.

The thing is, I don't have the time to learn pixel art and animation from scratch right now. I’m looking for a tool or software where I can just import premade asset packs (characters, backgrounds, furniture) and easily compose/animate a scene. Something drag-and-drop or streamlined for beginners would be amazing.

Any software, web apps, or specific workflows you could recommend for this?

Thanks in advance!

I'm new to SaaS and need your guidance.

Hi, I’m new to SaaS development. Before getting started, I have a lot of questions, and before getting lost in this deep SaaS world, I wanted to ask people here for guidance. Based on your experience, how would you guide a complete beginner?

When starting a new project, what step-by-step process do you usually follow? Do you first come up with an idea and then analyze the market, or do you start with market research to find an idea? What methods do you use for market analysis?

How do you handle marketing and advertising before launching and after completing the project? I’d also appreciate any articles, resources, tools, websites, or apps that you think could help a beginner in this field.
