Hello

Hey everyone. I had some questions about the beautiful island of corsica, my mother is about as full Corse as it gets, but our family lived in France and Luxembourg until 2009 when we moved to America. During my childhood, my family would always go to corsica and stay at relatives houses, but it’s been 17 years since Ive even been to Europe. I still have a Great Grandmother and One uncle residing in Corsica I believe, I am now 26, and my wife and I are expecting our first child in October. After my daughter is born and has grown a bit, I would love to take my New family there, my Question is, I don’t want them to get the tourist experience, I want my daughter to play with pigs and donkeys, and see Corsica for what it is, but I also understand that I am pretty much American now, and I definitely don’t wish to be the “typical American” that comes into people’s neighborhoods and bothers them. Where in corsica could I go to take them, staying with family wouldn’t be an Option as my uncle is very sick now with Alzheimer’s sadly, and I don’t want to bother him or anyone living with him for that matter, Thanks for your time !

Weight gain

Hello, I’d like some advice on how best to approach my goals. I am 26 Y/O, 5’10-11 161 Lbs. In my life I’ve online twice been able to gain weight willingly. First time was when I was 18 in boot camp, I went from 136 lbs, to 150-155, which I stayed at for about 5-6 years. Then at 24, I was actively practicing Muay Thai, and taking my workouts very serious, I shoved so much mass Gainer into my body, and went from 155 to 164 in a matter of 2-3 months. I’d like to say I’m in good shape (although my cardio could be better). I would like to bulk up to 175 lbs now at 26 years of age, I work in armed security, and I have a daughter on the way, my job often requires me to get physical with people that are often drunk or somewhat intoxicated, which is why I believe some weight gain could benefit me, not only that, but it looks cooler lol. On every Calorie calculator I’ve looked into, it says I need to consume around 3100-3300 calories a day, my question to you guys is, what kind of foods should I eat to meet this goal? And what do I stay away from? I’m a big coffee and caffeine fan, but I’ve been told that caffeine isn’t good when trying to gain weight, I would just use mass gainer again, but it’s expensive and doesn’t agree with my body. someone please guide me in the right direction.
