have i been hacked by blue tooth?

so today i noticed my husbands blue tooth was connected to my blue tooth? and i was shocked? i dont have my blue tooth on all the time, as i try to turn it off as soon as im finished using it. but tonight when i went to turn my blue tooth on, i noticed i was connected to the blue tooth on my husbands phone? and ive never even had his phone appear on my blue tooth list before... EVER? i didint even think it was possible to join phones by blue tooth without certain settings being turned on first? so how is this even possible? would my husband have had to deliberately pair our phines? and if so, how would he have done that?

How do uninstall system apps

I am sick of my phone downloading multiple apps regularly, that I can’t uninstall.
When I google them, some sites will say they are system apps that are needed and can’t be removed, but some of them disappear when I click on force stop, so I’m not convinced they are system apps.
Some have even stopped working as they can’t be updated anymore. I checked my husbands phone he doesn’t have them so
Surely there is a way to get rid of them. Especially the ones that look suspicious and installed themselves?

Some examples are -
-com.sec.bcservice,
- google calendar sync, (unknown calendar)
- - cell broadcast service
- ims service
- a weird phone app, phone and messaging storage app, and phone services app and a spare phone app?
- callBGprovider
- down load manager
- factory camera
-MFContentd
-galaxy editing service?
- secSoundPicker
- motion photo
- audio mirroring
- smart touch call
- fused location

I could go on and on, but they are all mostly apps I have never seen before, and they all have a lot more permissions than I would like, and yet I can’t even change the permissions on some of them?

I’ve tried everything I can think of.
