Why every pair of airpods breaks after 2/3 years?

I had first generation of airpods, first and also second generation of airpods pro. And they all broke after 2/3 years: in one case the battery died and in the others they started to make noises, like the right one that i have now has been making wind noises and whistle for a week. Am i not being carefully with them or am i being unlucky or is it normal to change them every 2/3 years?

Please tell me it's an error of the watch

Hi everyone!
This is my hearth rate of this night while i was sleeping, it's weird because i didnt feel, i didnt have syntoms of this HR so high. The alarm of the HR anomaly just woke me up in the morning like at 7:30. So i thought it was maybe that my wrist was in an bad position for the watch to read well my HR.
And also the watch says that i was awake like between 6 and 8 but i was sleeping.
Do you think is an error or maybe something i should watch?
