Hi everyone,

I have been selected for both HAL (Graduate General Apprentice - BCA) and DRDO GTRE (Graduate General Apprentice - BCA) in Bengaluru, and I have to choose only one. I'm finding it difficult to decide and would really appreciate advice from people who have worked or completed an apprenticeship in either organization and the timing for hal apprenticeship is from 7am to 8pm and i don't know about drdo gtre apprenticeship timing but i think it might be around 8/9am to 4:30/5:30pm.

These are the points I'd like to know:

Which organization provides better learning opportunities for a BCA graduate?

Is the work mostly administrative, or is there any IT/software-related work?

Which apprenticeship carries more value on a resume for future jobs?

Does either organization offer better networking, guidance, or future career opportunities after the apprenticeship?
