Anyone?

So before I take it up with another doctor, can I get some insight from the collective? 46 year old mom here, tubes removed in 2021. Periods stopped fully two years ago & since then fatigue, mental health, hot flashes sx compounded. Longtime ADHD diagnosis managed with stimulants, Lexapro for mood, pregabalin for all of the above. I am pretty sure I have baseline high testosterone- have always been wiry & muscular, kinda hairy, very strong for my little self (5'2", 100 lbs soaking wet) ...plus a little bit gay. My NP prescribed Climara patch based on symptoms but it's way out of my price range. I jumped on the Winona wagon in a weak moment (dammit Instagram ads) and was sent the estriol 50/50 cream & DHEA 25mg - which I will NOT take after further research. I realize the next logical step is medical with a provider who knows what they're doing but in the meantime, I know there's knowledge & wisdom in the sub. Appreciate any tidbits & your time. Soldier on, women of reddit. Thank u!

Grams to MIT %

I usually make a pot of tea with 8 -10 grams of powder, white sibau blended with green batak, then drink that throughout the day. Powder is cheaper & I like to measure it exactly. Last month I had some "enhanced" capsules from the same company (which is a good one, clean & vetted), each one standardized 45 MG MIT. That was a nice break from the tea, I just took one if those twice a day & felt good. I felt a little rough transitioning back to my normal tea. (Have posted in other subs about tapering, about detoxing, about addiction. The responses that seem the most sane to me? Protect your medical autonomy, practice discernment in your trust of healthcare professionals. I'm finding my way through with your help!) My question here is to shed light on the chemistry points between powder to tea contrasted with enhanced poweder capsule.

Mental Health

It's only a month into school year & I've missed 7 days due to depression & anxiety. Yes, I have a therapist but haven't seen her in a while. I am 46, menopausal, neurodivergent AF. I really love my students & wish I didn't because it depletes me. When I'm tired my boundaries get loose & they lose the structure they need. My ups & downs- strong days followed by messy ones creates a lack of consistency not fair to them. And I do not handle criticism from admin about their insane demands very well. Feeling like I should resign for the kids' sake. I'd do better in a different instructional setting. Middle school is just a lot.
