Tasha and Szass team up
Having failed individually in the past, Tasha has imbued Szass' skeleton army with the power of fire.
With the village in a frenzy (and the arrival of a dragon), the noble warriors Sir Cranky and Goldenhair fend off the foes.

My Early 2015 MacBook pro (which had been struggling for years) finally died today. Booting in recovery mode showed it couldn't find the SSD at all.
I opened it up, and this is what I saw. Looks like a tiny bubble or irregularity on one spot of the SSD. Besides that and some dust, I saw no corrosion or any other issues.
I assume this means it's dead, and everything on the drive is lost?
(I do have iCloud, so 95% of what I have should be backed up)
I came across a Facebook marketplace posting with all these guys together, and just had to grab them. Nice condition, and I'm thrilled to have the shields, flags, and barding.
6007 was the only castle set I had growing up, so Basil will be happy to get someone to command besides skeletons. Now comes the fun part of customizing!
I decided to skip bags 25-28 and add the trees first, so the final part of the build would be the more climactic adding of the tower. Great build so far, having a lot of fun.
I might build a separate mountain cap for this hole, to swap out with the tower, because I like the idea of this being when they were just starting to move in...
I can't believe I've found an instruction manual that officially advocates sorting purely by color ;)
Even if they do separate Technic out. Good advice on no Legos on carpet, though
Edit: clarifying, since the down votes are already coming: I'm joking, folks! While sorting by type first is easier to find pieces, clearly sorting a single bag for a small build by color is different than sorting your entire personal collection by color only :-) I thought it was a funny example by Lego
While I know it's not everyone's favorite part of the build, I like putting down and attaching all the base plates. It's fun getting a sense of (or wondering) what goes where. And sometimes I get a pleasant surprise that this WILL fit on my shelf.
BTW, can anyone guess what set this is? Looking forward to the rest of the bags
I'm looking to try out making Great Ball Contraptions (GBC), and need to acquire some balls for it. Lego official balls have been out of production for some time, and since I'm just testing the waters here, I'd be fine using some 3rd party balls that match the size and (roughly) the weight. Any suggestions?
I found this flag piece in a bin of Lego someone was giving away (as well as this helmet and head - no other castle pieces I'm afraid). I'd like to make this guy a standard/flag bearer. Any ideas? This stick is too short- if I wish it was a bit longer.
This set was just approved through Lego ideas. Looks like we'll have another castle coming soon!
Congrats to the designer, SpectralBricks. It looks amazing
Have they announced when they're going to sell the extra sets?
At least in the US, I think it's been more than 3 months since they shipped
Have they announced when they're going to sell the extra sets?
Not excited about another 5 month wait, but looking forward to my first BDP set.
