Jithu had put him on the brink of superstardom and he ruined it
Aavesham had done for Fahadh what most actors only dream of. An already known and appreciated face even in the North, that film had truly elevated his stature to another level.
What followed was a series of underwhelming roles in underwhelming films like Bougainvillea, Vettaiyan, Pushpa 2 (lol) etc which absolutely killed his momentum.
I still think he should've been much more careful with his script selection and shouldn't have agreed to do just about any film for money which seems to be the case.
What's worse is that his upcoming lineup (expt Torpedo) doesnt look great either with 2 Telugu films that don't seem very exciting tbh and a few others.
It's a shame because I feel it's now a long road back for Fahadh as both an actor and a star.
